When Change Means Business

Even if I had all the answers, the solutions that you and your team create will always be the ones most likely to succeed. That’s because organizations are made up of individuals who are responsible for that success.

My part is to help you to discover your own solutions and create a culture that will support them. Some call this “leading from behind.” I have trained in these Inside First techniques, as well as the Conscious Leadership, Emotional Intelligence, and Denison Culture & Leadership models. But mostly, I ascribe to the school of what works when people are under pressure to perform.

We’ll start by visualizing your dream of what success looks like, but in great detail: from the big, lofty goals to the day-to-day behaviors. Ideally, we’ll do this for the entire team and executive leadership. Then, we’ll work on creating alignment between individuals and teams with corporate objectives.

You might think the work ends here. . . Maybe frame your mission, vision and values and hang them next to the water cooler. But remember, dream teams are made with training and coaching. This is actually where the fun begins and the magic starts to happen.
